30 talented thinkers.
1 unique agency.

30 talented thinkers, one unique agency. We want Mercieca to be an inclusive place to work. We aim to create opportunities and reduce barriers for everyone. We are committed to making sure there is no unjustified discrimination in our processes for recruitment and selection, performance management and pay, and that promotion and retention is fairly granted across all areas of our business.

Our goal is to develop inclusive programmes and projects that attract and bring together people with different experiences and backgrounds into Mercieca and into the creative industry. We hope this will make everyone’s experiences richer, and ultimately lead to more inclusive societies.

Mercieca actively supports two key charities through contra-work – Grocery Aid – helping to provide emotional, practical, and financial support for grocery people who have fallen on hard times. And Gloves Up Knives Down – helping to support young people living in communities affected by knife crime through physical fitness and wellbeing.

Thinkers, creators and innovators wanted.

Working here is challenging and rewarding. You’ll get out what you put in, and then some. In return you’ll have the chance to work with like-minded individuals, in a creative environment that nurtures careers and gives you the opportunity to grow. If you’re hungry to test yourself on some of the UK’s leading brands and create work that challenges, excites and sells, then get in touch today.
