Delighted to announce our recent win at the Creative Moment Awards this month. Announced this year on Twitter, we were proud to pick up Sport & Sponsorship Campaign of the Year for our #ThisIsFootball campaign for Mitre’s partnership with The FA.
We created a fully integrated campaign that championed the football brands partnership with The FA and its competitions, including The Emirates FA Cup. #ThisIsFootball is a campaign that got to the heart of what football means to people using an authentic, real tone of voice with a graphic style that’s surprising and unpredictable. Just like The FA competitions themselves. Using bold patterns inspired by the very fabric of the game such as netting, terracing and shapes mowed into match day pitches.
The activity connected with a younger audience through engaging content, exclusive events, credible influencers, shopper, PR and social media. Said Creative Director Pete Calvert of the win: “Couldn’t be more delighted with the success of the campaign.
